Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager/Senior Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are seamless. You will play a crucial role in customer care operations, guiding customers through their orders, coordinating with various teams, and driving customer satisfaction.


Expected Compensation: 6-7 LPA (Depending on the merit of the candidate)


Key Responsibilities:

o Respond to customer inquiries via email, messages, and phone calls promptly and professionally.

o Provide guidance on product sizing, features, and order placement.

o Process orders through Shopify for both standard and customized products.

o Coordinate with the dispatch and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

o Gather and analyze customer feedback regarding their orders and overall experience.

o Implement strategies to convert abandoned carts and increase sales conversions.

o Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and ensure loyalty.

o Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.

o Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer success or a related role.

• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.

• Experience in apparel category is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
