Position Overview: The Head of Training and Audit will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs and audit processes across all Amadora Ice Cream locations. This role focuses on ensuring consistent quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training, auditing, and quality control within the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development and Management:
- Design, develop, and implement training programs for all levels of staff, including store managers, team members, and new hires.
- Create training materials and modules covering product knowledge, customer service, operational procedures, and compliance.
- Regularly update training programs to reflect new products, company policies, and industry trends.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure staff proficiency and continuous improvement.
- Audit and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive audit program to ensure all stores comply with company standards, including hygiene, safety, operational procedures, and customer service.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of stores to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze audit findings and implement corrective actions to address deficiencies and enhance operational standards.
- Staff Development and Support:
- Identify training and development needs across the organization and create customized programs to address them.
