Develop cutting-edge communication solutions with our team of expert developers.About this role:We're looking for a skilled Amazon Connect Developer to join our growing team. As an experienced developer, you'll design and build scalable, efficient contact flows using Amazon Connect Streams API, AWS Lambda, and other advanced tools.Create innovative customer experiences through customized IVR, queue flows, disconnect flows, callback flows, voicemail, and last-agent routing.Analyze caller behavior and optimize call disposition/wrap-up codes for seamless interactions.Technical Skills:Proven experience with Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and related services.Strong understanding of contact center features, including click-to-call, last-agent routing, skill-based routing, automated messaging, voicemail routing, and queue-based dashboards.Familiarity with real-time and historical reporting using Amazon Connect, CloudWatch, or QuickSight.Proficiency in secure data storage and encryption policies (S3, IAM best practices).Ability to work closely with CRM teams to ensure consistent logging of call activities and outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement customized Amazon Connect Contact Flows.Configure and manage phone numbers, routing profiles, and queues.Implement agent experience features, including Contact Control Panel (CCP), call controls, and metrics.Develop Lambda functions for API-based integrations and dynamic routing logic.Integration Requirements:Integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce Voice/Service Cloud.Map caller ID/ANI to lead/contact for screen pop functionality on inbound calls.Contact Center Features:Build solutions for outbound click-to-call, last-agent routing, skill-based routing, automated messaging on call outcome, voicemail routing, and queue-based dashboards.Security & Compliance:Apply IAM best practices (least privilege access) for secure data storage and encryption policies.Ensure compliance with telephony regulations (TCPA, Do-Not-Call rules).Testing & Deployment:Conduct functional and UAT testing.Implement CI/CD best practices using CloudFormation or IaC tools.Monitor deployments across multiple environments.This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
