Resort Site DeveloperThe primary objective of this role involves identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable land parcels across India for establishing Nature Theme Resorts through long-term leasing arrangements.Key Responsibilities:Site Identification & Evaluation: Identify potential sites, conduct thorough feasibility studies, liaise with local authorities, maintain a database of evaluated sites.Liaisoning & Negotiation: Initiate discussions with landowners/government agencies, negotiate lease terms, prepare comparative analysis and recommendations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.Legal & Documentation: Coordinate with legal advisors to ensure compliance with local laws and company policies, facilitate registration and statutory requirements.Coordination & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to monitor project timelines, maintain transparent communication and reporting to drive project success.Strategic Input: Contribute to developing a long-term site acquisition strategy, identify high-potential tourism zones, provide inputs on government policies and incentives to inform business decisions.
