We manufacture High end Embroidered Garments, with pan India distribution. Based out of Tangra, Kolkata.


Job Role - Operations / Systems and Processes Manager


Key Responsibilities:

1. System Design and Implementation
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key departments: design, production, merchandising, marketing, and client management.
  • Implement technology solutions for order tracking, production management, and vendor coordination.
  • Set up frameworks to streamline stock and made-to-measure order handling.
2. Process Optimization
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Introduce lean management principles to improve productivity and reduce errors.
  • Create and manage tools for task prioritization, timelines, and performance tracking.
3. Execution Oversight
  • Train team members on new systems and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure timely execution of all tasks.
  • Address bottlenecks and resolve operational challenges proactively.
4. Coordination and Communication
  • Work closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to align processes with company goals.
  • Facilitate clear communication channels between teams to ensure smooth workflows.
5. Reporting and Monitoring
  • Track and analyze operational performance using KPIs and generate reports for management.
  • Continuously assess and refine systems for scalability and efficiency.

Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or system management, preferably in the fashion or garment industry.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Expertise in process optimization and lean management principles.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of garment production, supply chain management, and quality standards.
Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with workflows specific to bridal wear or high-end garment production.
  • Experience in implementing ERP systems or other production tracking software.
