Senior ServiceNow ProfessionalAs a seasoned expert in ServiceNow, you will be responsible for designing and configuring applications/modules to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations to optimize service management processes.Develop and maintain service catalogs, request workflows, and SLA/OLA configurations to ensure efficient service delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.Perform platform upgrades, patches, and ensure adherence to best practices to maintain system stability and performance.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (development/administration).Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.Experience in implementing at least 2–3 ServiceNow modules.Experience with Service Portal, Scoped Applications, Reporting & Dashboards.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
