As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that drive business success.Your primary focus will be on designing and delivering total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of compensation and benefits processes, including salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits administration.To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A bachelor's degree in a related field and 6-10 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits are required.
