UGC Creator

AITS is looking for a hands-on, travel-ready UGC Content Creator who can capture real classroom learning, student activities, teacher moments, and campus life across our campuses. This role is NOT agency-style editing or personal branding work. It is on-ground documentation + quick editing + structured storytelling. What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities) 1. Capture Real Classroom Learning - Travel to different campuses as and when needed - Shoot natural, candid moments along with scripted activities - Follow the internal Content OS (hooks, pacing, colours, tone) 2. Create High Quality Reels - Shoot and editing with clean, documentary-style approach - Use provided templates, caption styles, end-frames - Maintain visual and narrative consistency across campuses 3. Maintain Content Library - Organize footage, label raw files, and share with central marketing - Build an archive for future campaigns - Follow a proper shooting + editing pipeline Required Skills (Must-Have) - Strong mobile and DSLR videography/photography skills - Ability to capture spontaneous moments - Proficient in Reels style editing - Fast turnaround - Clean, minimal editing style (not flashy influencer content) - Understanding of natural lighting, framing, sound - Comfort working around children and teachers - Ability to work independently on-ground - Patience + people skills Bonus Skills - Experience shooting kids/education content - Familiarity with brand-based content structures - Understanding of social media algorithms - Hindi + English communication What we are not looking for: Influencers who want to be the face of content Personal branding strategists Creators who only do luxury/fashion/lifestyle People unwilling to travel frequently Compensation & Growth: - Based on experience & Expertise - Additional incentives for travel & high output - Growth path available based on performance (content lead/managerial roles)
