Working at DFE Pharma means having the freedom to act, the drive to take responsibility, and the opportunity to develop your skills within a motivated, cross-functional team in an international environment.Now is your chance to join We are looking for a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at our Cuddalore site.What we askBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemical Technology or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industryStrong understanding of cGMP, ISO 9001/14001, HALAL, KOSHER, and EHS standardsProven ability to lead production teams and drive operational excellence (OEE, yield, productivity, and cost efficiency)Experience with SOP/WI/MBR documentation and compliance systemsExcellent collaboration and communication skills across departments (Maintenance, QC, QA, SCM, HR)Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skillsWhat we offerAn international working environment with a strong focus on quality and safetyContinuous learning and development opportunities — your growth benefits both you and usAn excellent remuneration packageA flat organization structure with short communication lines and empowered decision-makingVacancy descriptionLead daily production operations in line with DFE Pharma’s global quality and safety standardsEnsure compliance with cGMP, HALAL, KOSHER, IPEC, OSHA, and ISO 9001/14001 requirementsDevelop and execute production plans to achieve operational targets (efficiency, yield, cost, and quality)Champion Health, Safety, and Environmental responsibility across the siteCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Safety, Maintenance, QC, QA, SCM, HR, Administration) to ensure smooth operationsDrive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and energy-saving initiativesOversee preventive maintenance and ensure plant equipment reliabilityManage deviations, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actionsLead and develop production teams through training, performance feedback, and coachingConduct daily operations and shift handover meetings to ensure transparent communication and issue resolution
