As India's largest retailer of organic and natural groceries, The Organic World is a proud flagship brand of the NIMIDA Group.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing market plans, overseeing retail marketing strategies, and managing projects. Daily tasks include coordinating sales events, brand management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:1. Brand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and brand vision.Strengthen The Organic World brand positioning as a leader in clean, sustainable, and organic retail.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and consumer touchpoints.2. Campaign ManagementConceptualize and manage 360° marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, influencer, and PR).Drive product launch campaigns, in-store activations, and seasonal promotions.Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver creative assets that enhance customer engagement.3. Digital & Performance MarketingOversee digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Manage paid media budgets and analyze campaign performance for ROI optimization.Work with agencies and internal teams to increase online visibility and customer conversions.4. Retail Marketing & Franchise SupportDesign and execute local store marketing initiatives to drive footfall and sales.Support franchise partners with brand collaterals, promotions, and community engagement programs.Coordinate marketing activities for new store openings and events.5. Consumer Insights & AnalyticsAnalyze customer data, feedback, and trends to refine marketing strategies.Leverage analytics tools to track brand performance, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.Present monthly marketing performance reports to management.6. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Merchandising, E-commerce, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities.Liaise with vendors, creative agencies, and media partners for timely execution of campaigns.Customer loyalty , Retention and Traffic Marketing.Qualifications & Experience:MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.8–12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors.Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Key Competencies:Strategic thinking and creativity.Strong project management and multitasking ability.Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.Team leadership and vendor management.Passion for sustainability, health, and organic living.Please DM your cv tolakshmik@theorganicworld.com
