It provides a robust platform for professional growth and collaboration.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.Oversee the creation of compelling content across digital and traditional platforms to enhance brand visibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns.Analyse content performance metrics to optimise strategies for better engagement and conversion rates.Manage content budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve marketing goals.Lead a team of retail marketing, offline marketing, content, social team and manager agencies.Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices.Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners to enhance content quality and distribution.The Successful ApplicantA successful Head of Retail Marketing should have:A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Extensive 9 -14 years of experience in content marketing within the Retail industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.Proven expertise in crafting and executing content strategies that drive measurable results.Excellent communication and analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.Proficiency in using content management systems and marketing analytics tools.Must have managed agencies.
