· Developing New Franchise in the assigned territory/Region.
· Ensure the leads are called the same day the query is received, delegated completely and in written by mail.
· Ensure right quality of partners are enrolled for franchising.
· Do proper background check, financial capability analysis & temperamental assessment.
· Ensure complete collection of Franchise Fee and machine.
· Ensure complete paperwork has been completed including and not limited to, MOU, Black Book, Agreement.
· Ensure complete handover of the Franchise to the Ops team post Payment.
· Provide full support to finalize the site for the studio.
· Targets, Sales Target, Franchisee acquisition Target, Pending Stores Opening.
Preferred candidate profile
· 4-9 years of rich experience in Franchisee sales.
· Smart & Presentable personality
