Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai, Hyderabad or Nagpur for a Klaviyo Specialist focused on email marketing and remarketing campaigns. The Klaviyo Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Klaviyo campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize ROI. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing, content, and design teams to create effective email workflows and remarketing initiatives that align with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage email marketing and remarketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Create and optimize email workflows, including abandoned cart sequences, product recommendations, and post-purchase follow-ups.
  • Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and purchasing patterns to deliver targeted and personalized email campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and designs to improve performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging email templates.
  • Stay updated on Klaviyo features, email marketing trends, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Integrate Klaviyo with other platforms and tools to ensure seamless data flow and tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing email marketing campaigns on Klaviyo.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI through email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics and Klaviyo reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and advanced targeting strategies.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with integrating Klaviyo with third-party tools, such as Shopify or WordPress.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing cross-platform marketing campaigns, including Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization.
  • Basic understanding of CRM platforms and data management..
  • Familiarity with international markets and localization strategies for email marketing.
