As a Business Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and developing strategic solutions to meet the needs of our stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Gather and Analyze Business Requirements: Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and develop clear recommendations for GIS-based solutions.Conduct Stakeholder Workshops and Interviews: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and develop effective communication plans.Document Functional and Non-Functional Requirements: Develop comprehensive documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for GIS-based solutions.Liaise Between Technical Teams and Business Users: Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure seamless implementation of GIS-based solutions.Design GIS Workflows and Business Processes: Develop efficient GIS workflows and business processes that meet the needs of our stakeholders.Assist in GIS Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design GIS solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.Supporting GIS Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in data analysis and reporting using GIS tools and technologies.Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct thorough testing of GIS-based solutions to ensure they meet the needs of our stakeholders.Support Change Management and User Training: Provide training and support to users to ensure successful adoption of GIS-based solutions.Monitor Project Progress and Ensure Deliverables: Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of GIS-based solutions.Evaluate and Recommend GIS Tools and Technologies: Evaluate and recommend GIS tools and technologies to meet the needs of our stakeholders.Conduct Market or Industry Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest GIS tools and technologies.Support Integration with Enterprise Systems: Support integration of GIS-based solutions with enterprise systems.
