Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to implement and support Dynamics solutions throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live and ongoing support.The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to business users, contributing towards solution design, creating functional and customisation design documents, assisting with configuration and data migration, and troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions.Skillful in designing and implementing business processes and solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O).Able to understand and articulate the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality.Identify customer requirements and match them with D365 F&O capabilities.Knowledgeable about best practices in implementation, configuration, and deployment of D365 F&O solutions.Key Responsibilities:Support the ongoing rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across all countries in the Claranet Group.Provide expert-level support to business users with their day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.Stay up-to-date with Microsoft continuous release plans and recommend appropriate new functionality when it becomes available.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) features and functionality.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Benefits:Promising career opportunities with a leading technology company.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.
