Job Title: OTM Consultant / Senior OTM ConsultantLocation: Remote Experience: 8–12+ Years Work Mode: Full-time Role Type: OTM Implementation (Cloud & On-Prem)About the RoleWe are hiring OTM Consultants and Senior OTM Consultants who will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud, SQL, and must be well-versed with Agile & DevOps practices. Experience with OTM on-premise to cloud migration will be a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projects.Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable).Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations.Required Skills8–12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud; exposure to both functional and technical areas.Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures.Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processes.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration (mandatory for senior role; good to have for mid-level).Excellent communication and client interaction skills.Good to HaveOTM certificationsExperience in Logistics/Supply Chain domainAPI/Integration understanding (SOAP/REST)Who Can ApplyOTM Consultant → 8+ years experienceSenior OTM Consultant → 10–12+ years experience + migration background preferred
