The candidate will be responsible for managing on-ground sales operations, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining customer relationships to meet assigned revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute on-field sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.Manage existing client relationships and ensure timely collection of payments.Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups.Track, monitor, and report daily sales and collection performance.Resolve client issues and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Skills & Requirements3–6 years of proven experience in hardcore field sales, preferably in B2C.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.Good knowledge of local market and customer network.Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email communication).Must be open to extensive field travel.
