Digital Adoption Strategist RoleThis position offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth through the implementation of effective digital adoption strategies.About the Position:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Adoption Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital transformation initiatives that drive real business outcomes.Strategic Leadership:Prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality resultsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for digital adoption initiativesProvide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and expertiseClient Partnership:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and goalsDevelop and execute customized digital adoption strategies that align with client objectivesFoster a culture of collaboration and open communication within client organizationsSolution Design & Delivery:Design and deliver innovative digital adoption solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectationsWork closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into client environmentsMonitor and analyze project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as neededThought Leadership & Knowledge Sharing:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital adoption, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues and clientsMentor and coach junior team members on digital adoption methodologies and toolsContribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as whitepapers, case studies, and presentationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field8+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or IT project management3–5 years of experience in leading teams, coaching talent, and managing client-facing projectsProven ability to consult with executive stakeholders and shape digital adoption strategiesStrong project management background (Agile and/or Waterfall)Experience with complementary tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now, Salesforce, ServiceNow) a plus
