Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Ignition SCADA Developer. The Ignition SCADA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SCADA systems using Ignition by Inductive Automation. Day-to-day tasks include creating and modifying configurations, developing custom screens and modules, integrating with other systems, performing troubleshooting, and providing technical support and training to users. Qualifications Experience with SCADA systems, particularly Ignition by Inductive AutomationProficiency in scripting languages such as PythonKnowledge of databases and SQLFamiliarity with IoT, cloud computing, and analyticsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in one or more of the following industries is a plus: utilities, manufacturing, food & beverage, data centers, and facility managementBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
