Location: Gurugram, India
Reporting to: AVP, Business Intelligence (based in India)

What you'll do:

Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Lead the pricing team and oversee day-to-day pricing operations.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
Monitor and adjust prices based on market conditions and sales performance.
Prepare and present pricing reports and insights to senior management.
Implement pricing tools and systems for optimization and efficiency.

What you'll need?
Willing to commute daily (Mon-Fri) to the office in Gurugram
5+ years of work experience in pricing strategies/ competitor pricing/ pricing to consumer behavior/ price optimization
Working experience in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power-BI
Strong understanding of fashion industry trends.
Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities
Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiative
A strong desire and passion for e-commerce
Has the drive to constantly learn and come up with new ideas
Strong problem solving and teams’ skills
Works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Avid curiosity and passion to take on tough challenges
Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
