  • Ensure effective recruitment of top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to maintain an excellent workforce.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, or issues.
  • Foster a positive working environment.
  • Provide guidance and counseling on management and HR policies.

HR Strategy & Policy Development:

  • Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures organization-wide.
  • Enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Support business needs through employee development, engagement, and motivation.
  • Create and manage training programs across departments.
  • Oversee employee onboarding to integrate new hires smoothly.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation.

Performance Management:

  • Manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  • Conduct performance and wage/salary reviews.
  • Link performance to incentives and compensation.

Organizational Development:

  • Implement motivational activities, training camps, and reward programs.
  • Develop programs for organizational development and team building.

Administrative Duties & Legal Compliance:

  • Handle administrative duties such as preparing HR reports and maintaining HR systems.
  • Consult legal counsel for compliance with employment laws.
  • Maintain employee privacy and workplace confidentiality.

Conflict Resolution & Mediation:

  • Resolve conflicts through positive, professional mediation.

Employee Separation:

  • Manage employee exit procedures and conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for separation.
