Human Resources Executive

The HR Executive -Recruitment will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet the company’s hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Planning:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to source candidates.
- Build a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely hiring.
Screening & Interviewing:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
Offer Management:
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Negotiate employment terms and conditions as necessary.
Onboarding:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare for the new employee’s arrival.
Employer Branding:
- Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring drives.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Compliance:
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in recruitment and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and techniques.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Human Resources
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
