Knowledge of Ruby programming and Clinical trials related standards are desirable.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide expert-level support for diagnosing and resolving complex application problems, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity issues.Demonstrate exceptional analytical and diagnostic skills with a methodical approach to root cause analysis and problem-solving.Translate technical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience working with applications in the clinical research/trials domain. A minimum of one year's experience implementing applications in this field is also required. ITIL frameworks knowledge (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus) and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
