Role Overview

As a UX Research Intern, you will work closely with our product and design teams to uncover insights that shape the future of our platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposure to different research methods—from engaging directly with users to analyzing competitor products—while contributing to meaningful product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • User Interviews: Plan, conduct, and summarize 1:1 interviews to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Heuristic Evaluations: Review our product to spot usability issues and suggest improvements.
  • Competitor Analysis: Benchmark competitor products and highlight opportunities for innovation.
  • Qualitative Research: Identify themes and insights from interviews, usability tests, and feedback.
  • Quantitative Research: Assist with surveys, data collection, and analysis to uncover behavioral patterns.
  • Collaboration: Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to turn findings into actionable solutions.

Requirements

Strong interest in UX research, usability, and human-centered design.

Familiarity with basic research methods (interviews, surveys, competitor analysis).

Excellent communication, organization, and note-taking skills.

Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Bonus: Experience with tools such as Google Forms, Figma, Miro, or survey platforms.

Internship Details

Location: Fully remote

Duration: 2 months

Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hrs/week

Start Date: Immediate
