Key Responsibilities:


Solution Design:

  • Design end-to-end data and AI solutions using Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Spark, and related services.
  • Provide expertise in data-specific areas, such as SQL Server, cloud migrations, open-source database deployments, Cloud Scale Analytics, and Data Governance.
  • Ensure that solution exhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment.
  • Drive implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and AI-driven insights for intelligent business & IT operations.
  • Own response for RFPs and proactive pursuits in data and AI domain, liaising with stakeholders from sales, practice, delivery and bid, to build solution response documents and presentations.


Client Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for customer on data management, analytics, & AI solutions and drive long-term cloud adoption to enable them to be cloud advocates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, translate them into comprehensive technical requirements. Conduct requirement gathering workshops & MVD sessions to validate and fine tune solutions
  • Lead solution defense presentations, and offerings / POCs demonstration to customer


Practice Building

  • Collaborate with Movate Propel Labs to develop and maintain IPs and industry specific solutions, and advance Movate’s offerings in Analytics, AI and Data offerings
  • Build and update a repository of accelerators, templates, and solution enablers that enhance delivery speed and quality of Microsoft engagements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Microsoft offerings within existing accounts by showcasing solutions in data, analytics and AI.


Business Development Support:

  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
  • Work with sales and account teams to identify new opportunities within the Data and AI domain.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in data architecture and AI solutioning using Microsoft technologies.
  • Microsoft certifications on Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Data Engineer, AI Engineer
  • Strong expertise in data engineering, analytics, and AI tools within Azure, including Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse, and Azure Machine Learning.
  • Proven experience leading data-focused projects from conception to deployment, including hands-on experience with big data solutions.
  • Excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
