Project CoordinatorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee the GMB (Google My Business) and SEO operations for our US and Canada clients.Manage end-to-end GMB and SEO projects for US & Canada clients, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal execution teams, providing regular updates and managing expectations.Coordinate with internal SEO, content, and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality of output, identifying areas for improvement.Perform audits on GMB profiles and websites to identify opportunities for enhancement.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.Key Skills and QualificationsA minimum of 1–3 years of experience in managing SEO/GMB projects, with a strong understanding of Google My Business optimization and SEO basics.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.Strong coordination, project management, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines.BenefitsThe opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.A competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities, to support your career growth and advancement.What We OfferA collaborative and supportive work environment, with a focus on teamwork and open communication.The chance to work with a diverse range of clients and projects, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
