Project Management SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of annual work plans, monitoring financial forecasts, and coordinating with internal/external auditors.Qualifications:Master's degree in Business Administration or related field;At least 07 years' experience in project management and coordination;Excellent interpersonal relationships and group ease skills.Key Responsibilities:Assist PMU/DIUs in preparation of annual work plan along with budget for each component;Coordinate with DIUs in preparation of monthly, quarterly financial forecast and other documents necessary for disbursement from JICA;Support procurement of services and material;Consolidate expenditure reported by the DIU in prescribed format of JICA;Follow up with DIUs for submission of SOP and SOE on a monthly basis in time along with all supporting vouchers and documents;Assist PMU in preparation of Statement of Performance (SOP) and/or Statement of Expenditure (SoE) before periodic claims submission to JICA for reimbursement;Prepare information / report / road map etc. as per directions of Project Management Unit;Maintain accounts in computerised accounting system;Provide training to all DIU staff for maintaining project accounting expenditure and receipts as per JICA project norms;Maintain grant ledgers and expenditure ledgers for all component budget heads;Follow up with internal/external auditors during audit and assist in coordinating financial audit as required;Prepare audit query response for queries raised by auditors in course of time;Assist PMU to keep record of assets procured under project;Coordinate with CAG auditors during course of audit;Prepare MIS report monthly/quarterly for review of PEC;Prepare presentations for review meetings about financial and activity progress;Perform any other related work assigned by authorities of Project.
