Job DescriptionLivspace is Asia's largest and fastest-growing omni-channel home interiors and renovation platform, utilizing its proprietary technology to provide a one-stop solution for homeowners from design to last-mile fulfillment for all rooms in a home.The Territory Manager role involves implementing an effective project management framework for residential interior fit-out projects, including managing design and site delivery teams, monitoring changes/variations, coordinating teamwork between stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed within schedules while meeting client needs and business objectives.Manage team member performance and delegated responsibilities.Monitor and control changes/variations in projects, including risk assessment.Foster effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders.Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and the company.Coordinate vendor and business partner engagement through project completion.Serve as the primary point of contact between clients (or their representatives) and Livspace, ensuring timely project delivery within quality standards.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in the building construction industry, with expertise in process-driven project management, quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, relevant experience in managing interior fit-out projects, knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors, and tech-savviness in adopting digital initiatives.BenefitsThis role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.OthersWe are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
