Project Management CoordinatorThe Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of solar power projects.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects.Assist the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Support procurement processes by preparing purchase requests, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.Organize project meetings, prepare minutes of meeting documents, and follow up on action items.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Assist in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and documentation for billing purposes.Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and technical submissions.Requirements:Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of project management processes and documentation.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:As a valued member of our team, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development.
