Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive Job Location: Baner , Pune Experience: 1 to 4 Years Shift: 6.30 PM -3.30 AM IST: Monday to Friday Qualification: BE/ Graduate/ MBA Job Description: Futurism Technology is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for engaging with potential clients. Responsibilities: Should have experience between 1 to 4 years. Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present solutions effectively. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and nurture them through personalized communication strategies. Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and leverage this knowledge in sales pitches. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to CXO-level stakeholders to build trust and drive conversions. Focus exclusively on the US market, ensuring alignment with its unique demands and expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs and close high-value deals. Must have Skills: Deal Closure Expertise : Proven track record of successfully closing deals end-to-end. Scheduling Proficiency : Skilled in scheduling meetings with prospects efficiently. Lead Nurturing : Expertise in nurturing prospects and leads through personalized communication channels, such as calls, customized emails, LinkedIn InMail, etc. Competitive Sales Experience : Prior experience working with competitors in selling software development services. Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective client engagement. US Market Knowledge : Past experience working exclusively in the US geography, with a deep understanding of its market dynamics. CXO Targeting Expertise : Demonstrated experience in targeting and engaging CXO-level executives.
