Search and Shopping ExpertA high-performing Search and Shopping expert is required to manage and scale campaigns across various platforms for direct-to-consumer brands.Plan, launch, optimize & scale Search and Shopping campaigns.Optimize for return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, conversion volume & new customer rate.Key responsibilities include managing campaign performance for 6–8 direct-to-consumer brands, conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, audience mapping, setting up and troubleshooting Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Merchant Center feeds, and conversion tracking, improving performance by collaborating with creative & landing page teams, and creating clear reports & insights for internal and client-facing discussions.Responsibilities and RequirementsResponsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth through search and shopping campaigns.Manage daily campaign operations, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in search engine marketing.Proven track record of success in driving sales growth through search and shopping campaigns.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and advertising policies.BenefitsAs a key member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
