Territory Sales Specialist – Channel GrowthJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Area Executive to spearhead sales development across India, focusing on key business divisions such as Yeast Baking, Food Ingredients, and Biotechnology.This role will require close collaboration with marketing, technical service, R&D, and operations teams to support customer projects, product applications, and drive effective market execution at the area level.Achieve regional sales targets and ensure comprehensive coverage of assigned territories.Strategically manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners to fuel sales growth.Identify new business opportunities and assist in market expansion and product promotion.Closely work with technical and marketing teams to conduct product trials and customer presentations.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly sales targets through effective territory management. Bilateral communication and partnership building with internal stakeholders and external clients. Market research, competitor analysis, and innovative solutions to grow the customer base. Identification and implementation of growth opportunities for both the company and customers. Liaison between departments to facilitate seamless business operations. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Science, or related fields; MBA preferred.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or business development within food ingredients, FMCG, or similar sectors.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with channel partners and customers.Familiarity with B2B distribution models and regional market dynamics.
