Job Title: Executive Assistant ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to fill the position of Executive Assistant Manager. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations.You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day hotel operations and providing strategic support to the General Manager.This includes assigning duties to Heads of Departments (HODs) and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.In addition, you will act as the hotel's Public Relations representative, promoting the property within the hospitality industry, local community, and trade associations.You will also be responsible for monitoring guest feedback across various platforms and driving the service recovery process.Key responsibilities include ensuring full compliance with operational controls, SOPs, policies, and service standards.Another essential duty is resolving guest complaints promptly and implementing effective service recovery strategies.You will maintain accurate records including cash flow sheets, guest floor limits, AR aging reports, direct billing, etc.Fostering owner loyalty through proactive communication and delivering consistent business results is also a critical aspect of this role.The successful candidate will assist the General Manager in addressing key property issues, including capital projects, guest services, and refurbishments.You will build strong relationships with hotel staff, department heads, and other departments to enhance overall efficiency and execution of special events.Regular audits on par stock will be conducted to ensure all necessary hotel supplies are adequately stocked.Effective and timely communication regarding hotel policies and procedures is also an essential requirement.The successful candidate must be available 24/7 to respond to any guest or staff emergencies.Collaboration with the sales team for corporate client handling and new client acquisition will also be required.Additional duties may be assigned by the General Manager or senior management.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:A proven track record of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar capacity.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.A keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.A strong understanding of hotel operations, policies, and procedures.The ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:A generous base salary.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.The opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
