Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in growing our US staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing industry and the ability to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients in the US staffing market.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing services.
Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and senior management.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to meet or exceed sales targets.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and staffing solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, specifically in US staffing services.
Strong understanding of the US staffing industry, including market trends and client needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Experience : 5+yrs
