Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in growing our US staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing industry and the ability to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential clients in the US staffing market.- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing services.- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and senior management.- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to meet or exceed sales targets.- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and staffing solutions.

Requirements

- Proven experience in business development or sales, specifically in US staffing services.- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry, including market trends and client needs.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
