The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, strategic account management, and team leadership. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, client relationship management, and the ability to drive sales outcomes in a competitive B2B environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Revenue Generation & New Business AcquisitionIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities across designated regions.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets in alignment with company goals.2. Strategic Sales ExecutionExecute corporate sales strategies as defined by senior leadership.Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales initiatives with organizational objectives.Provide market feedback and insights to shape corporate sales strategies.3. Business Expansion & Portfolio DevelopmentExplore and develop new lines of business within corporate sales.Expand revenue from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling.Identify market trends and opportunities to diversify revenue streams.4. Team Development & LeadershipBuild, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams.Provide training, guidance, and performance support to junior sales staff.Foster a culture of innovation, client-centricity, and accountability.5. Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and strengthen networks.Requirements:Educational BackgroundRequired: Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Preferred: MBA or Postgraduate in Business Administration / Sales & Marketing.Experience8–12 years of proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or enterprise account management.Industry experience in corporate services, financial products, or B2B verticals is advantageous.Must have cleared Insurance Broker Certification (if applicable).Competencies & SkillsSales Expertise: Strong ability to generate leads, convert opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.Strategic Thinking: Capable of identifying market trends and developing long-term growth strategies.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Relationship Building: Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver high-impact presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.Result Orientation: Performance-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes.Leadership & Teamwork: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.Market Insight: Deep understanding of regional business dynamics and competitive landscape.
