Role Description

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Brand Manager to lead our brand identity, build customer loyalty, and elevate our product's presence in the market. The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting brand development, creating marketing strategies, managing e-commerce initiatives, and overseeing day-to-day brand operations, directly working with Founder



Role Overview

As our Brand Manager, you will shape our brand story and positioning, oversee product launches, and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. If you’re passionate about fragrances, skilled in brand strategy, and have an eye for what’s trending, we’d love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Development : Craft and implement a strong brand identity and positioning strategy.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute impactful campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Customer Engagement : Develop strategies to build brand loyalty and enhance customer experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with product development, sales, and digital teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in brand management, preferably in a D2C / e commerce or beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and understanding of brand metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and content creation.
  • Brand Management, Marketing, and E-commerce Management skills
  • Project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry is a strong plus
