Job Title: Claims ExaminerWe are seeking a highly skilled Claims Examiner to join our team. As a Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for assessing warranty claims submitted by retailers and importers worldwide.Your key responsibilities will include:Assessing warranty claims that have been submitted to JLR and selected for reviewCoordinating with National Sales Companies / Importers with regards to Warranty claim issuesIdentifying and highlighting any issues with business rules that require investigation or are required to be created by the UK teamYou will need to possess excellent technical knowledge of vehicle diagnosis and repair on both mechanical and electrical vehicle systems. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of PHEV/HEV/BEV system diagnosis and repair, as well as experience working with vehicle wiring diagrams and communication networks.As a Claims Examiner, you will work closely with other teams to ensure the accurate and timely processing of warranty and goodwill claims. You will also participate in regular meetings to monitor performance and contribute to additional functions such as Quality Checks and Service Maintenance Plan administration.To succeed in this role, you should have:A minimum Level 2/Level 3 Technician qualification with 3-5 years' European automotive experienceExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsAble to communicate effectively with markets and adapt quickly to changing circumstances and working instructionsIf you are a motivated and experienced individual looking for a new challenge, please apply now
