Sales Development SpecialistWe are expanding our institutional footprint with three strategic priorities:Priority 1: Network ExpansionBuild a strong distributor network in North & West India, especially Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda), NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, UP, Bihar.Priority 2: QSR BreakthroughBreak into Indian QSR chains, both national and regional cloud kitchens.Priority 3: Export Market SupportProvide market + client intelligence for Canada, USA, Australia & Dubai.Key Responsibilities:Distributor Acquisition & ManagementIdentify, appoint & manage HoReCa-focused distributors across Gujarat, NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, UP, Bihar.Drive monthly billing & SKU penetration via frozen patties/bites/snacks.Ensure distributors service restaurants, caterers, cloud kitchens & hotels effectively.Conduct chef sampling, menu trials & price negotiations.Maintain collection discipline and volume forecasting.QSR Business DevelopmentOpen doors with QSR chains, regional fast-food chains & cloud kitchens.Engage national procurement heads, central kitchens & sourcing teams.Drive trials of patties, bites, nuggets & new SKUs.Pitch customized SKUs for QSR needs where relevant.Export Market SupportShare intelligence on distributors/ethnic stores/food service importers.Assist export team with samples, documentation handover & product presentations.Help align local product specs to international customer needs.
