Job Title: Business Solutions Strategist We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong technical and analytical background to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and solution development. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to identify and qualify leads based on technical fit and commercial potential Lead the end-to-end management of responses for RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly communicating the value proposition of proposed solutions Assist in preparing Scope of Work (SOW) documents, commercial proposals, and related deliverables that meet client needs and organizational requirements Conduct discovery workshops with clients to understand their business challenges, workflows, and technical requirements Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements for the development team Perform Gap Analysis to align client expectations with current service offerings and identify opportunities for growth Develop comprehensive documentation including BRD, FRD, Use Cases, and process flows that support business decisions and solution implementation Act as a trusted advisor to clients during the pre-sales phase, providing input on best practices and solution architecture Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for complementary IT services during requirement analysis About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Solutions Strategist.
