Sales Consultant OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a commission-only Sales Consultant. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity for a driven individual who understands the enterprise software landscape and can effectively communicate the value of integrated ERP, CRM, and HRM solutions to prospective clients.The successful candidate will have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and will be able to negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. They will also have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, healthcare, education, and professional servicesConduct product demonstrations and consultative sales meetings showcasing XeERP, XeCRM, and XeHRM capabilitiesBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecastingUnderstand client pain points and map XenonLabs solutions to their business requirementsNegotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targetsCollaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboardingRequirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in ERP, CRM, or HRM solutionsStrong ERP domain expertise with deep understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, and business workflow modulesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasExperience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients across multiple industriesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentExisting network of contacts in target industries is a plusMust be willing to commit 12-15 hours per weekCompensation Structure:This is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed salary.
