Job Summary: The Regional Head - Kerala and Tamil Nadu will be responsible for overseeing and managing the admissions process in these regions. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase student enrollment, ensuring high conversion rates, and achieving diversity targets. The Regional Head will work closely with the central admissions team and other stakeholders to meet the university's recruitment goals.


Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to meet enrollment targets.

 Focus on achieving diversity targets by attracting students from various backgrounds.

 Lead and manage the admissions teams in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

 Provide coaching and support to team members to maximize productivity and performance.

 Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.

 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote GITAM's programs.

 Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.

 Manage events, exhibitions, and other outreach activities to promote GITAM.

 Ensure a seamless admissions process from inquiry handling to student onboarding.

 Implement and monitor effective admissions processes and systems.

 Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of admissions strategies and processes.

 Prepare regular reports on admissions metrics and performance.

 Ensure high standards of customer service for prospective students and parents.

 Address and resolve any issues or queries related to admissions.


Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

 Minimum of 15 years of experience in the education sector, with a focus on admissions and recruitment.

 Proven ability to lead and manage teams to achieve targets.

 Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

 Experience in developing and implementing admissions strategies.

 Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
