Job DescriptionAs a Customer Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.The position involves providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will also be responsible for resolving issues efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products and services.Handle customer complaints in a fair and consistent manner.Additionally, you will maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems, update customer accounts as needed, and generate reports on a regular basis.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.Benefits include competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
