Grow here.  Job DescriptionWorks under limited supervision, demonstrating a high level of autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving.Directs project support and production for assigned projects, creating drawings as required using standards and content to meet job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.).Develops and maintains BIM execution plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry best practices.Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.Implements and oversees quality control procedures for BIM models and associated documentation.Conducts clash detection analyses and coordinates resolution of conflicts within the BIM environment.Manages and optimizes BIM content libraries, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information for all project stakeholders.Stays current with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to existing workflows and processes.Participates in client meetings and presentations to communicate BIM strategies and project progress effectively.
