Grow here.  Job Description Performs complex BIM or Plant Data Centric assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms, such as Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant, Plant 3D, etc. software, to achieve set results and deadlines.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorks under general supervision to complete HVAC BIM design projects.Directs project support and production for assigned projects, creating drawings as required using standards and content to meet job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.).Develops and maintains HVAC system models, including ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts.Coordinates with other disciplines (structural, electrical, plumbing) to ensure proper integration of HVAC systems within the overall building model.Maintains and updates BIM content libraries specific to HVAC components and systems.Collaborates with engineers and architects to optimize HVAC system performance and energy efficiency through iterative design processes.Prepares and presents design options and recommendations to project managers and clients.Stays current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC BIM design and implementation.
