Position: BIM Architect Location: Gurugram, Chennai Qualification Required: B.Arch Experience Required: 3+ Years Responsibilities: Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects. Collaborate with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Create architectural models using BIM software (e.g., Revit) and ensure accuracy and completeness of design information. Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs into the overall BIM project model. Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts to enhance coordination and minimize errors. Generate architectural construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies. Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deliverables and deadlines. Ensure adherence to company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices. Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable. Skills Required: Proficient in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in architectural modeling and detailing. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes. Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams.
