AECOM’s **Enterprise Capabilities** team is looking for an **Designer - BIM Plumbing & Fire**to join our team in **Gurugram**.

- Works under limited supervision, demonstrating a high level of autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Provides training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system, which provides 3D models using project specifications and content.
- Directs project support and production for assigned projects, creating drawings as required using standards and content to meet job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.).
- Develops and maintains BIM execution plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implements and oversees quality control procedures for BIM models and associated documentation.
- Conducts clash detection analyses and coordinates resolution of conflicts within the BIM environment.
- Manages and optimizes BIM content libraries, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information for all project stakeholders.
- Stays current with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to existing workflows and processes.
- Participates in client meetings and presentations to communicate BIM strategies and project progress effectively.
- Mentors junior team members in BIM best practices and advanced modeling techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field + 3 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant, and Plant 3D
- Extensive experience in creating and managing 3D models for complex projects
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles
- Excellent knowledge of BIM execution plans and industry best practices
- Proven ability to work autonomously and make high-level decisions
- Demonstrated experience in clash detection and conflict resolution within BIM environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
