We are seeking an expert-level Talkdesk consultant to configure, optimize and enhance our IVR and Studio workflows for a financial services call center. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience designing complex IVR flows, dynamic routing logic, API integrations and compliance-driven call workflows using Talkdesk Studio.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building and optimizing Talkdesk IVR / Studio flows, including multi-level menu structures and dynamic routing. This includes configuring queues, skills, ring-groups, callback flows, SLAs and call-handling automation.Design and build complex IVR flowsConfigure queues and skillsImplement callback flows and SLAsIntegrate Talkdesk with CRM and case-management systemsThe ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of call center operations, especially in BFSI, collections or financial services environments.
