Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Technical ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O senior technical consultant to design, develop, customize, and integrate scalable solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to convert business requirements into efficient technical solutions.This role is responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions based on client requirements. You will build and implement technical components including extensions, integrations, workflows, plugins, and custom reports. Additionally, you will work closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into detailed technical designs.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions based on client requirements.Build and implement technical components including extensions, integrations, workflows, plugins, and custom reports.Work closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into detailed technical designs.Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, or middleware tools.Perform data migration, transformation, and environment data restores.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Participate in implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects.Follow Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and solution guidelines.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field:A relevant bachelor's degree is required for this position.3–8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development:You should have at least 3-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development.Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and knowledge of JavaScript:Proficiency in C# and .NET programming languages, SQL Server database management system, and knowledge of JavaScript programming language.Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is an added advantage:Prior experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps would be beneficial.Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and API integrations:Familiarity with Azure cloud platform services, DevOps continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and API integration concepts.Good understanding of Dynamics architecture, data model, and extension framework:Understanding of Dynamics 365 finance and operations architecture, data model, and extension framework.Experience with SSRS, Electronic Reporting (ER), Power BI, and report customizations:Prior experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Electronic Reporting (ER), Power BI, and report customizations would be beneficial.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills:Ability to analyze complex problems, debug code, and resolve issues efficiently.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities:Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft certifications such as: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate:Certification in Dynamics 365 developer role would be beneficial.Solution Architect Expert:Certification in Solution Architect expert role would be beneficial.Experience in end-to-end / full-cycle implementation projects:Prior experience in end-to-end implementation projects would be beneficial.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies:Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies would be beneficial.Understanding of cloud-based deployments and security configurations:Understanding of cloud-based deployment and security configuration concepts.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with leading Microsoft technologies:Chance to work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies and tools.Professional development, training programs, and certification support:Ongoing professional development opportunities, training programs, and certification support.A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment:A vibrant, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment that fosters innovation and creativity.
