Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesThis role involves acting as the primary technical contact for customers, serving as a trusted advisor in their IT leadership. As part of multifunctional teams, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver complex solutions.Implement data pipelines and integrations using Uniphore's CDP platform and supporting components.Collaborate with Solution Architects, Consultants, Engagement Managers, and Product Engineers to address customer needs.Act as the key technical point of contact for customers, along with the Solution Architect.Coach and mentor junior engineers within the team.Main Responsibilities:Work on implementing data pipelines and integrations with Uniphore's CDP platform and related components.Design and configure workflows based on client business needs, utilizing SQL, Python, and cloud infrastructure.Develop data models that support personalization, lookalike modeling, and omnichannel activation.Establish ETL pipelines across disparate sources and create unified customer views.Configure Uniphore product features and external data connections (APIs, S3, etc.).Produce detailed technical documentation.Identify and resolve project blockers to ensure timely delivery.Provide feedback to our product team and full-stack engineering teams.
